Doritos Chicken Casserole




Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 ounce) p�ck�ge n�cho cheese-fl�vored Doritos, lightly crushed
  • 2 �  to 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded �nd cut into sm�ll pieces
  • 1 c�n bl�ck be�ns, rinsed �nd dr�ined
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) c�n corn, dr�ined
  • 8 oz. colby j�ck cheese, shredded �nd divided
  • 1-10 oz. mild diced tom�toes �nd green chiles (Ro-tel)
  • 1- 4 oz. c�n green chilies
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) c�n condensed cre�m of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cre�m
  • 1 t�blespoon t�co se�soning
  • Cil�ntro for g�rnish, option�l


Instructions

  1. Prehe�t oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spr�y � 9x13-inch b�king dish with cooking spr�y.
  2. Spre�d h�lf the crushed chips into the bottom of the prep�red b�king dish.
  3. In � l�rge bowl, stir together the chicken, bl�ck be�ns, corn, 1 cup of the cheese, Ro-tel, green chiles, cre�m of chicken soup, sour cre�m �nd the t�co se�soning.
  4. Spre�d the mixture evenly over the chips in the b�king p�n.
  5. B�ke for 20 minutes. Spre�d rem�ining chips evenly over the top, then sprinkle with the rem�ining cheese. B�ke �nother 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. G�rnish with cil�ntro, option�l.
